Dispatch & Delivery

Items in stock are mailed within THREE WORKING DAYS of receipt of order and payment. If any delay is anticipated – e.g. new stock in production, postage delays etc – the buyer will be informed. For bespoke items – e.g. commissions or personalised items – delivery dates and methods are negotiable.

Estimated delivery times

UK: 5-7 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

 

Customs duty and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or for non-delivery due to import duty or taxes being withheld by the buyer.

Payment options

The seller accepts Paypal. For larger orders over 100€ or £100, and for commissions, payment can be arranged by domestic or international bank transfer; please email for details.

Mariekeaneart Gift Cards and Credits are accepted in payment for all orders.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items described as ‘sale’ or ‘clearance’, e.g. seconds or proofs with slight flaws

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
